Really thanks a lot for yur advise , as now i just got a new job this few days back.., i am a Manager at a newly opened club, the boss has trusted me in handling the whole operation of the club, so basically i run the whole show of the club and boss has also given me the keys and cash for the operation of the club. Things looks good so far, besides the long working hours which is about 16 hrs a day, but i do enjoy my job now..and i also do have strong support from the managers and owners from other clubs on giving me valuable advises.
